Why statistics can NOT measure clutchness

Well we all know all those advanced stats that measure how efficient a player is etc.

But there is one thing that stats can not measure and that is clutchness here's why

For example

this graphic does not show how clutch jordan is beacuse the most clutch shot of all time vs the Jazz was in with 5.2 seconds left what i mean by taht is clutchness is not all about buzzer beaters.Being clutch is if you step up in a huge and important game for example:Lebron James Game 6 vs boston 2012 tha was clutchness but John Starks going 0-11 3pts in Game 7 of NBA Finals is not clutchness eventhought Starks was consider a clutch player

But you are going to say there are stats that can measure that for example KD is shotting 20% in the 4th in this playoffs but he IS clutch beacuse he is stepping up or Kobe had 25% shotting in the 4th but we know him as a clutch player beacuse he was stpping up in the huge games he was hitting gamewinner etc.
