Meet the most OVERLOOKED NBA prospect ft.Jessie Govan

Today we gonna talk about Jessie Govan one of the most overlooked nba prospects.He is a 6-10 270 pounds Center.Playing for Georgetown and he is a Senior.So far in the 2018-2019 college season Govan has been impresive to say the least.He has:

7.5 RPG

44.7 3P%

30.9 MPG

So lets go ahead and see his Pros and his Cons:

First of all Govan is Good low post scorer,Adequate shooter for a big man and also he has stretch big potential while being Very good free throw shooter.So he can score from the post he can shoot really good from 3 point range for his size and he has potetial to be a great Strech five in the nba.Also he is a great free throw shooter(80.3%)In addition he is a decent shot blockerwho also has great size and strength to play center with long armsand big hands.He has a measured 7'3.5 wingspan which is great if you consider that he is 6'10 so i would say that he can be a great 3nD nba player.

Now lets move on to his cons:

He is kind of an inconsistent shooter and that wont help his case of being drafted i think if he gets more consistent shooting the basketball he can have a future to this league.Also he is not an elite athlete and that could be a problem but his heigh and wingspam i think make up for his lack of athleticism.

Jessie Govan is a big-bodied center that may be able to excel as a scorer at the next level. His ability to score from all over the floor has NBA scouts and teams intrigued, but he will need to improve his rebounding, and he also has to stay away from foul trouble.

If he can show teams that he can excel when the pace of the game really picks up, that could really help his draft stock. If he stays in the draft, he may end up being a potential second round pick this year.I thnik the best place for him to fit in would be one of the Warriors,Rockets or even the Thunder.All these teams i think they do need some shooting bigs that can play sometype of defense.
